The Rathskeller, one Of Erie's oldest establishments, are expanding their 3-night-a-week live music with their first Blues & Jazz Weekend, and the VBand headlines with the closing act. VBand is Dave VanAmburg (guitar/keyboard/vocals), Phil Papotnik (saxes/guitar/vocals), David Blaetz (bass), Rickie Hopkins (drums/percussion/vocals).
